High Court Enforcement Officer
These are sometimes called debt collection sheriffs or high court sheriffs.
High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO) are qualified and trained individuals that are able to enforce County Court Judgements. These debt recovery professionals will enforce a Writ on behalf of the County Court.
Certificated Enforcement Agents
These bailiffs are employed by a debt collection agency or debt recovery collection but approved by the court. This is the most commonly required type of bailiff.
